Gas Cap number

Are all the square body gas caps interchangable? Found a couple on ebay, but they were two different part numbers.

Re: Gas Cap number

Hey my Old friend

There are several filler necks on the Square Bodys.

Some differences are the swinging door.
Then the one that the cap is flush with the bedside.

There is also the filler neck for the 6.2 diesel.

Pictures would help.

Because I have some of the trucks in Inventory.

Re: Gas Cap number

Hey Ole Buddy, good to hear from you.

Here are some pictures I took.

This is a 1984, 3/4 ton, Scottsdale Camper Special with the big block. It also has dual tanks.

Hope you can help me out.

Need a cap for the other tank.

Thanks Ole Buddy! Appreciate it. Would you by any chance have one in your inventory?

Re: Gas Cap number

I wish I did.

I looked yesterday and nothing

I would have put it in the mail to you if I still had them.

The truck that I remembered these on, went away years ago.
