Re: LS Swap Pedal Bracket
I did not use his bracket for my swap, but I know he is a stand up guy. I would say that you could look through the thread for the bracket and also give him a PM on here. I don't think it is a very difficult install though...
good luck & keep us posted on it. ![]() |

Re: LS Swap Pedal Bracket
what pedal are you using?
do you have throttle by wire or cable? if its cable, you can simply use the OEM LS truck cable and it fits like a glove

Re: LS Swap Pedal Bracket
Holley sells a bracket. Kinda pricey for a chunk of flat plate steel.
I'll probably design my own once I get to that stage of my Gen4 swap. |

Re: LS Swap Pedal Bracket
Im not sure why you need to buy a bracket, a flat piece of steel works fine. My k30 setup is attached. I haven't driven it yet but it feels solid and the pedal has full movement but needs to be moved a bit to the right for better a fit. I may not keep this as im not sure it will work with my current 8.1 vortec setup.
My first swap in a 77 k25 I used a gmt400 diesel pedal, it bolted right in, no bracket needed. That pedal is to sensitive for my liking, which i why im thinking about a dbc setup. |
