Proper Fuel Sending Unit ?
Trying to locate the right unit for a 71 307 2 barrel carb ? Confused about oms range and line size ?

307 had 5/16", or my 1969 does.

All GM vehicles of this era use 90 ohm fuel sending units, configured to fit a specific vehicle.. Tubing size is referenced by its outer diameter.. Use this tool for taking that measurement. Can also be used for measuring lots of other stuff.. https://www.harborfreight.com/6-in-d...65fdb65f738212

90 Ohm & 5/16" line. I'm not 100% on this but I think in trucks of this era the 3/8" line was for used for big blocks only.
