I really want to get a smaller diameter steeriing wheel for my 64c10.
I installed pwr steering and don't need the large diameter steering wheel.
If i swap, will i have any issues with the blinker canceling system working?
If so, what's a good solution?

Lots. Most any from the 50s to the time air bags started.

make sure to keep your turnsignal canceler off your 64 wheel ,,lots of later gm wheels will fit
