72 Sierra Grande wood bed
Morning I'd like to put a wood floor in my LWB Truck when I bought this the only thing the PO had was the bed sides I searched the threads in here I could find what I was looking for can some list what I'll need or acouple of links I can read up on Thanks

I restored my bed with all new parts from LMC, to include cross bars. Worked great.

Thank you for responding I'm been looking at the LMC catalog I'm a little confused about how the cross sills , do the bolt to the sides of the beds? and do you run the bolts through the wood to the frame I really appreciate the help I've got just the bed sides from the PO Thanks Guys

Thanks for the help guys I ordered my bed conversion kit from steel to wood bed on Mar-K site 20% off sale I saved $240.00 bucks .

I just did my C2500 long bed last year. My cross sills were rusted out so I replaced them with new ones from GMC Pauls. The cross sills do not bolt to the bed sides. They are held down by the (what seems like 1000) bolts that go through the rails.
