WTB - H072 Brake Adjuster Assembly & Spring

-
I'm in need of a brake shoe adjuster screw and the spring that goes with it for the H072. I have the ones for the H052 but they are smaller. Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
LockDoc

Re: WTB - H072 Brake Adjuster Assembly & Spring

Hi Leon. I have 2-1972 c30s, I don't know if they are HO52 or HO72 rear ends. If no one offers up the spring and adjuster I will pull one apart for you once I identify it as a HO72.
If I remember correctly the adjusters are left and right hand threads so left and right side specific. I would need to know witch side you need.
I would just need a little time as I am swamped with stuff to do before the frozen white stuff gets here.

Hi Dan,

Thanks for the reply. I just checked with my go-to guy at my local NAPA this morning and he found a spring and adjuster in Kansas City. He said it would take a couple of days to get them here. I'm hoping they will be the correct parts. I will let you know either way.

I'm not sure about the single rear wheel C30's But the dual wheel ones had the H072 rear.

Thanks again,
LockDoc

Ok, good luck with the correct parts.
My 2- 1972 c30s are DRW so I guess they are HO72
Take care.

Re: WTB - H072 Brake Adjuster Assembly & Spring

Hey Leon, still have any of those H052 parts? I need the adjuster springs. I think I can still get new adjusters...

I also just posted a WTB for the parking brake levers. I suppose I need the strut too.
