Working door

Its supposed to say WORPING DOOR in the title You can see at the top of the door where it hits, somehow I have to twist the door out at the top I've tried the 2x4 method, but don't have the strength to push the bottom of the door in Fooled with hinges to no avail New weather stripping, but removing it to adjust flange, doesn't seem to help I'm thinking of dropping something down the window slot to get leverage Any ideas?

Re: Working door
Was there an 'incident that occurred that caused this? Or is this how you got the truck? Trying to determine if it is really the door, or if the body has been tweaked.

Re: Working door
It is a repop door, replaced rocker, replaced front fender with a better one, but didn't notice any body damage, just rust in the lower A and B pkillars

Re: Working door
I had the same trouble with repop doors branded keyparts, and musclecargt. No way to make it fit. Went with a triplus door and it fit better than the other side that is factory.

Re: Working door
That socks, no way I can afford another door,
My plan is to shove a metal bar down the window slot, block up where needed, and pry till it moves

Re: Working door
The only other way I know of, is drill out the spot welds in the hoop and move them where you need them and retack. There isnt much holding them on to the door. Also you might have to slot/drill your hinges to get more adjustment.

Re: Working door
I had to do that years ago with a door I had. One question, were rockers installed with the door on? The rocker may be off and lining up the lower part of the door to the rocker may through it out of wack.

Re: Working door
Did you cut out the old lower A and B pillars and weld in new ones? That can lead to misalignment if you do not test fit the doors during the process...especially if you are using a replacement door. I did the same work on my cab (lower A/B pillars, inner/outer rockers, large section of the floor along the door opening, kick panels). I used Triplus doors and they fit pretty good, but I have also used parts that were not so great fitting and was able to do some modification to get them to fit.

I feel as if I missled you all, this is a Blazer/Jimmy Leon, I wasn't smart enough to test the door while working on the rocker or floor boards, mostly just worked on the lower 6 inches,A and B post I may try to slot hinges more Those hinge bolts look dang near impossible to reach, may have to loosen fender bolts 1/2 top had to be moved back 1/2 inch Front gap looks acceptable, bottom of door is good What if I jack the body mount up in this location?
