Stepside to fleetside

Anybody done the change? My '64 has a nice stepside bed, although the fleetsides look nice. What all is involved beside the sheetmetal?

Re: Stepside to fleetside

Yep, sheetmetal and cross sills. I added a complete fleet long bed to a 63 C20 that was a factory flat bed. Brand new box and used sill set. Needed to make my own sill mounts, just measured and copied the ones on my C10.

Also bumper, depending on what you currently have on the truck
