Are These OE Emblems

I'm not real educated on 67-72 trim, are these emblems factory? I can't remember ever having seen them before.

At Cruisin the Coast I saw 2 GMC trucks (in different cities) with a script trim level emblems towards the rear of the bedside. I've never noticed these before, are they coincidental add ons or a GMC only thing?

The Sierra and Sierra Grande trim, including the bedside emblem, go back to '69. In '69 & '70 it was a trim level on top of the Super Custom trim level.
