Oil filler tube
Question for those in the know. Had my motor rebuilt about 5 years ago. The short of it they didn't replace the original valve covers and the original oil filler tube that is mounted with the original brace bolted to the intake manifold.
Does anyone know who makes reproduction of the oil tube Assembly. Any help would be appreciated. |

None are reproduced. There are a few floating around.
What year do you have? 1969-70 are different than 1971-72. The earlier version twists into the valve cover and has a twist on steel cap with cork gasket. The later version sits in a grommet and has a push in rubber cap. Both are secured using a steel brace bolted to the intake manifold. 1971-72:
