The biggest issue with filling both tanks from one side is that the line going to the passenger side needs to run at a constant angle with minimal bends to slow fuel.
Here is a 89(sig says 91) C/C flatbed I picked up from a landscaping company who had the passenger line running dang near flat under the bed decking. The tanks and lines were removed for that red 29 gallon single.
