Help! Trying to identify this visor!
So, awhile back, picked up a visor for my 48 on fleebay... Thought, for whatever reason, it was all there... ya... nope. So... it appears that the end pieces are missing (since I'm not about to bolt it through the cab of the truck!) and the center supports have been fabricated, and not very well for my liking...
That being said, I'd like to figure out who made this to hopefully either find the missing parts or have a good starting point to build new ones from stainless sheet. This is what it looks like and please note the center plate has rounded sides, which is a clear difference from most that I've found (Fulton, Dieterich & Peckat). Thanks for any help!!!

Re: Help! Trying to identify this visor!
can't help identify that, but here is how I mounted my visor
It came with 3 of 4 of these little clamps that bolted to the gutter, but the way they fit my truck the visor would either point up or down. I made up a couple stainless pieces shaped to clamp on the gutter and hold it at the right angle For me, the 'right angle' is to have the visor level with the door frame at about the same height as the top of door window |

Re: Help! Trying to identify this visor!
I still think that Visors (actually listed as frost shields in the accessory listings ) are one of the silliest fads that truck people bought into but at least you mounted it right rather than trying for the cartoon pulled down look.
Don't get me wrong, If you have the full nine yards of lowrider Bomba trinkets visors are fine and that is where they belong.
