Photo/diagram wanted
Hey all!
Trying to get my suburban body somewhat attached to the floor. It's rusty, really rusty. So my question is how does the rear driver "door" area attach from the floor to the body? Is it essentially an inner rocker? I'd like some pictures or something as some help here on how to fab up a piece of metal or buy an inner rocker or whatever I need to do. Thanks!

You might PM Richard2717. He's parted out several Burbans a may have photos of what your looking for.
You also might look in the Burban classified section at the "Parting out" threads. There's lots of photos of dismembered Burbans to be seen.

Re: Photo/diagram wanted
The outer floor pan does not fold down 3 or 4" on the 4th door like the other 3 doors creating the inner rocker. it only folds like an inch. The 4th door area is solid to the bottom of the body and it bolts together up at the floor line. I have added a couple of pictures here but when they were taken it was not with this question in mind. Let me know if you need actual measurements and I will see what I can do.

Re: Photo/diagram wanted
That makes sense i think. Looks like the outer body panel - "bedside" basically has a flange on it that bolts to the 1" "inner rocker" area? Looks pretty straight forward. I was getting ready to get this thing moving and then the fuel pump went out so it is back to sitting for a little bit until it gets warm enough to work on again.
