Re: 5700 fenders vs 3100/3600 fenders
I'm going to say the cab over 55.2 5700 cab has a few things that are all together different than a standard cab.You would have to have a 5700 cab or at least the cowl and front half of the floor boards of the cab back behind the kicup for the tires.

There are pretty substantial differences between LCF and regular cab trucks. And even 55 LCF is different from 56-57 is different from 58-59.
Are you trying to find replacement fenders for an LCF? |

Re: 5700 fenders vs 3100/3600 fenders
Saw a guy on stovebolt that bought a truck to find out it had fiberglass fenders.
He wants steel of course. In my research i found a few folks saying they were the same on 3800 but that did not seem right. looking at them more closely i see longer in the top down to bumper and other differences. You guys just validated my thoughts. If any of you guys have a pair. I know this guy is looking. https://www.stovebolt.com/ubbthreads...ml#Post1539835 |

Re: 5700 fenders vs 3100/3600 fenders
I'm not even close to being well versed on 55.2/59 truck model numbers past 3800 and had to go hunting for photos when you posted the question to see what a 5700 was. That is when I found the photos of the snubby nose cab overs rather than conventional cab trucks.
This screen shot of a modified truck showing the fender bulge going well back into the door.
