Good weekend for 67-72's
Figured you guys would appreciate this story.
I have been chasing this 67 big back window on marketplace for about a month and a half. The lady wouldn't respond to messages but would read them. I did manage to get a phone number but no one would pick up. One day I get a message telling me to call immediately. It ended up being that the lady was one of his employees. He was mid 80's and couldn't hear very well but I told him I would be over in a few hours. Not only did I end up with that 67, but I ended up having to take another 67 and a 59 apache as part of the package deal. As im loading up the big back window, his son asked me my plans. I told him I planned on using the cab for my 67 k20 im building with a 12 valve. He says oh do you want another one??? Long story short, I ended up with a 1994 P Pump 210hp with a big eaton, 150k miles for $1500! On top of this, right after the first trip over I get a call about a 69 GMC K20 for sale right by my house for $900! Ended up snagging that one for my dad to build as he's a little bit jealous of mine

Nice, those weekends don't happen very often.
