I attended the Texas C10 Nationals this year...drove my truck into the show and it was very much like the large GoodGuys events. There were, of course, tons of C10s to see, midway of vendors, autocross, freestyle burn out comp, end of day track runs and plenty of food and drink. Oh and the place is filled with truck/automotive enthusiasts just like us folk here!

Here's a picture post I put up after the show:

Re: C10 Nationals - Salt Lake City

I drove my oldest grandson up to the Salt Lake Show last year in our C20. It was the first year for this venue and the number of trucks there may not have been as great as at the more established Texas and Nashville sites, but we had a great time. If you are a Chevy Truck fan you will not be disappointed. We were going to go again this year, but recently decided we are driving to Des Moines for the GoodGuys show instead.

I知 in Pleasanton, CA so we have two annual GoodGuys shows here in town. It would be cool to check out the c10/Chevy truck specific show in Salt Lake though.

Re: C10 Nationals - Salt Lake City

My wife and I went last year and I would say it was worth it, a little smaller than the Goodguys show, but still a lot of quality trucks everywhere. We liked the autocross the most because they had quite a few super quick trucks and blazers tearing up the course for a couple hours.

I haven't decided which day to go this year, but we're definitely going again. Probably not driving my truck down though, no air conditioner means no bueno with the little woman.
