Question Dash question

I have a red interior on my 84, and i need a new dash (the top part). In LMC I've only seen black dashboards and my dash is dark red. Does anyone know where I can get a dark red cover or maybe someone is selling theirs.

Eastwood sells everything you need so you can dye it. Why not check with the local Chevy dealer? They have them primed gray and you still have to dye them to match, but it's probably cheaper than LMC.

Eastwoods site is framed, so just do a search on vinyl paint.

Are we talking about a plastic cover that goes over your existing dash or the whole new dash pad? LMC sells the plastic dash cover for $99 and it is available in red. Not sure if its the same red as yours, as they had different shades. One is named Carmine.

Chevy Duty carries the dash pads in either OEM GM or reproduction, ranging from $225-$275 and are available in what they call Carmine Red. They also carry the plastic caps for $100 in red.

Classic Industries carries the padded dash for $189 and list carmine red too.

Lots of choices....Try Ebay too.
