Clutch Pedal & Power Booster

Need help on to two problems.

My clutch pedal doesn't return. I bought a new pedal return spring but it didn't fix the problem. It will return if I don't extent the pedal all the way. Any suggestions on a fix?

My other question is I put in a power booster with its master cylinder from my '72 C10 into my 67 C10. The 67 has drum brakes in the front. Can I reuse the original proportioning valve for the 4 wheel drum brake system with the power booster?

Thanks

Re: Clutch Pedal & Power Booster

Does your clutch pedal have a giant vertical spring on the left side of it? If it does, and you have a diaphragm style clutch, then removing the big over-center spring should allow your clutch pedal to return properly.
