Making new option list

I'm working on a '69 short fleet, making a CST out of it. As most of us do, I'm adding a few things that were not original. If someone could help me out with some option codes, I'd appreciate it.

396
headliner (was there an option code for this one?)
vacuum guage
Vette-style steering wheel (also unclear on this- "cushion grip"?)
cruise control
4/6 drop--- HeHe

Don't know if I'll ever find the cruise or be able to afford it, but I'd still like to know the code.

Can't remember who it was but there was a thread that you could make your own glove box sticker with the options like you want.........

fyi, the vacuum gauge wasn't originally available on 10-30 series trucks, blazers, and suburbans. it only came on 40 series and up medium duty trucks.
