Help me determine the value of this truck, 34pics

I need another truck to drive while I do my 72' SWB 4X4 frame off. This truck is available and I would like you to tell me what you think I should pay for it. Engine runs fine as well as tranny. Here's the pics and thanks for your input. Owner wants $5K for it.
Worth it?

I really think the value of vehicles is regional. If that was for sale in MN (or any other state in the rust belt) I think it would go in a heartbeat. I've seen trucks for $7,000 around here that were not as nice as that one. It's a matter of supply and demand.

I'd buy it - but I'd start at about $4200 and work from there!

Just my $0.02
