Does anyone make/sell an in-cab tank fuel line thru the floor grommet?

In search of a grommet as pictured (specific to a truck with a return line - i.e. two holes in the grommet, kinda hard to tell that from the "before" pic - return line is partially hidden behind the main fuel line).

Looked thru our site and at a few parts suppliers, can't seem to find one anywhere... My original was rough to begin with but was a little rougher after new line install.. (lotsa fun trying to get it back in there though. not). Just wanted to ask before I resort to a little redneck engineering, which will also work just fine (big grommet with 1 big hole, with some means of sealing the air gap). But I'd like to find the correct part if it exists. Thanks.

Cool find! Always feels good to find a part that's like the original. Let us know how it fits.
