Reproduction parts
Well, I am starting the restoration of my old '72 Cheyenne. I need some recommendations on who might sell the highest quality reproduction parts. These are the parts that I am looking for specifically:
1. Front bed panel for a wood-floor bed-Hopefully original metal thickness 2. Headliner "Chrome" trim 3. Dashboard pad 4. Instrument panel 5. Interior courtesy light 6. Door Handles (inside and out) 7. Door exterior sport mirrors 8. Door panel arm rest pads 9. Door window seals/scrapers 10. Wood bed floor kits 11. A/C vent balls and center vent 12. Bed inner fenders I have a nice set of OEM doors/hinges and a nice tailgate. Those are now at my body man's shop being prepped and primed for paint. He is also looking for a nice A/C cab that is rust-free. Thats a start. There will be many more parts as I get into this journey further. Y'all's previous experience is going to be invaluable! Thanks! Here's a pic if I can get it to work

I would try GMCPauls first. He is a board sponsor and sells the highest quality parts available. I also shop Classic Parts and sometimes LMC.
For the inside handles, there isn't a great strong repro. The GM handles are still available since the 1995 and older GM vans used them, and pretty reasonable. Search 7743519. For the dash pad, I like the USA made Dashes Direct pads. Good fit and authentic grain.

Re: Reproduction parts
I would also second GMCPauls as well. I also routinely search eBay for NOS or great condition used parts. I know some folks don't like eBay, but I have found lots of great NOS parts at unbelievable deals over the years and with used parts too. It is always worth a shot.

Re: Reproduction parts
GMC Pauls is a good vendor. For any bed parts use Mar-K in Oklahoma City.

Re: Reproduction parts
I recently when down this same path and used the same vendors as post #2 suggested. Reasonably decent parts. I'd grade B on most of the parts received. There is not very many A product out there anymore.

Re: Reproduction parts
Here's a little update. My rust-free doors and tailgate are at my Restorer's shop being made beautiful again. Only a few minor repairs are necessary, and I hope to have them completed soon. I purchased some POR-15 for this project and the insides of the doors/tailgate will be treated before priming them. Once done, I will be taking my spare (wood-floor) bed to have it all straightened and primed. I cannot find any nice A/C cabs, so Mine will have to be re-done as well. At some point, soon, I will need to pull the motor and start refurbishing it, too.

Re: Reproduction parts
Check with member pjmoreland for an instrument cluster, he restores them and does a great job.
