66 Deluxe wheel on 70-72 tilt column

Got a question for you experts out there. My 66 C-10 Panel will have a 70-72 tilt column and I want to adapt a 66 deluxe steering wheel onto it and keep the turn signal cancel working.

What piece should I use on the bottom of the steering wheel to cancel the turn signal correctly. Currently I have the white stock deluxe wheel cam on the steering wheel, will that work?

I have a '64 Chevy truck wheel on my '67 Panel Truck with a tilt. If I remember correctly I used the stock tilt parts and the '64 horn button and it worked fine..
