Smile 71 chevy k20 frame vin questions

Hey guys this is my first post on here and I could really use some help. I bought this 71 k20 just before winter and have been messing around with it ever since. over all looking at the truck it looks pretty original all the body panels are original except for the hood as its yellow drivers door has a blue sticker with the vin on it and a date of 9-70 glove box and door jamb all match each other even has the rubber gasket between the fenders and the cab so I feel like its never been stripped completely down but I could be wrong Anyways one day I got curious and now I'm not sure what to make of it I've searched all over the internet and I can't find a decoder or info that matches with what my numbers and letters tell me that are on top of the driver side frame rail 72J125753 right by the power steering pump or the one under the cab on the driver side on top of the frame rail also both of them read 72J125753 and the vin on the glove box, spid, door jamb, and blue sticker on the driver doors vin is KE241S609124 any help would be greatly appreciated and trying to figure out how to post pictures but I'm not the most tech savvy guy body mount look super old as well if that helps anything but I have no idea if that really tells us much thanks
