72 Suburban hatch struts

I recently picked up a 72 GMC Suburban. I’m missing the LH hatch strut (among other things). Are they the same as the Blazer? Anyone have a LH or pair?

If they don't see your post try reaching out to members ClassicBowtie and Richard2717.

Some folks have converted their hatches to gas struts. There are a couple threads on them here.

Re: 72 Suburban hatch struts

The suburban and blazer are not the same. I have a pair of struts for suburban rear hatch. I pulled them off my 68 burb. I went to barn doors. I would sell them for 35.00 plus shipping. They should fit into a USPS priority box.

Perfect! Thank you. I’ll send you a PM.
