Cab corner speaker boxes

Any suggestions on cab corner speaker boxes? Which ones work, which ones don't.

I see inexpensive metal ones on eBay, but it seems to me like plywood would be best for a speaker box -- sturdiness and sound quality.

YOu didn't mention, but are you still running inside tank? That will reatly limit on what size you build and I do not know anyone that makes them that will clear an inside tank

Yes. Tank is behind seat. Years ago somebody somewhere was selling plywood boxes for 67-72, but I can't find them

Found these at Brothers/Holley and watched an installation video. Not wood, but I could line the inside with sound deadening material.

Re: Cab corner speaker boxes

I just checked the Brothers website and it says these are not for in-cab tanks.

These speakers will not fit if the gas tank is in the stock location behind the seat.

Thanks for that. Only the passenger side box will fit.

I currently have small box speakers under the seats pointing forward. Guess I could look for something a bit nicer that would fit.

No problem, I'm kind of looking for the same kind of thing.

I used to have something like these under the seat pointing forward. Not high quality, but they didn't sound too bad. The sound seemed like it was coming from the dash. I used velcro on the enclosures instead of the mounting brackets. I would check dimensions before buying.
