'61 Apache 10 rear end leak

So I'd like to get the leak on my 61 sealed up and it looks like it's leaking from both the pinion and differential cover? I'm planning to replace the seals for both.

Looks like a pretty straightforward job, just need to mark the top of the nut and count the rotations so I can get it back in the same spot.

I'm looking for the pinion seal installer tool so I can buy it and have it ready but can't find the correct one, does anyone know which tool is the correct one for this seal?

Also, are there any tips I should know to help it not leak again like gasket sealer or anything thats recommended on this job?

thanks!
