Mounting bed to frame - Help!

I am restoring the '67 C10 that's been in my wife's family since new. It was passed on to me by my brother-in-law earlier this year. He had started the restoration process, so when I got it it was in pieces. Essentially, the cab, engine, and radiator support are the only things on the frame. Everything else is loose. I have everything, it's just not put together.
Well, I'm about to move across the country. It would be much easier to transport the thing if at least the bed was mounted to the frame. The problem is that I don't know how it mounts. I have the mounting rails, but I don't know which ones go where. The bed is only a frame right now. It's a wood bed, but there's no wood floor yet. Is there a guide anywhere that shows how it's mounted?
