Bracing for middle of frame?
Have design to stiffen chassis in middle section if frame from transmission to just ahead of rerarend. It attaches top of frame and other half below fram with few verticel connection points tieing it all together. Incorporating a drive shaft loop and passage for exhaust. Anchoring to original trailing arm cross member.
Idea is to simplify installaion and if not wanted later can be removed with few bolts although welding would be stronger and probably easier than drilling holes with body on. Good bad or just nuts idea? reason could cause peroblem? what not to do? Better idea? Know few say not to stiffen and that is not arguement here but accpeted reasons if given. Just idea right now and drawing out keeps me bussy at night instead of boob tube political **** pissing me oiff.LOL Always open to good debate on idea if nothing else keeps me thinking.

Re: Bracing for middle of frame?
I bought this one pre-made as a bolt in unit to add some rigidity to the frame,
incorporate adjustable trailing arm mounts, transmission mount, and keep the exhaust from hanging so low. I had to slot some of the holes and drill a few more, but overall it fit very well. I can't testify as to how much difference it made because I didn't drive the truck prior to the build. I have coil-over suspension front and rear which certainly adds to the overall handling and I like to think the frame stiffener helps as well.
