Carrier Bearing Spacers??

I can find carrier bearing spacers all day for the style that mounts horizontal to the frame, but not for the style I attached a pic of... raised all my drivetrain so I need to raise this piece as well to get my angles right. Anyone know of one or am I needing to run to a machine shop now? Thanks!
