Here we go again with 553 paint code

My 1972 spid states a 553 red orange paint code. From older thread it looks like the 553 is white top and 524 hugger orange body. I have had custom spray cans filled locally with 524 hugger orange and they are a dead on color match. So why is it called red orange on some spids and hugger orange on others? Also, does anyone know the code for the white? I'm about to get it painted and want to make sure of the colors. GM number for hugger is apparently WE5194? Making me nervous.
Thanks
