Crotch cooler door: what am I missing?
Men, what am I missing here for the mounting?
I can't figure out what this bolts to. |

Here's a TTT and an old thread that may help.

Re: Crotch cooler door: what am I missing?
Man, I really appreciate it.
It looks like I don't have to angle iron looking piece inside the truck that is, "spot welded" to the i side of the fender panel... Anybody got any bright ideas? |

Re: Crotch cooler door: what am I missing?
I have one of these cabs stored away.
If I can remember I will take a look at it in the next few days. I may have one of those vents??? I have had it in my swap meet stuff for 25+ years. I would have to check to see if it is still there.

Re: Crotch cooler door: what am I missing?
What's left of that piece still might be in there but rather ragged.
I don't think I can get the one out of the green/blue cab to get photos but I might be able to get the one out of my old chopped cab to do show and tell of the bracket. Bad thing is I doubt that there is any way to easily put a new one in without taking that outside panel off.

Re: Crotch cooler door: what am I missing?
If I could somehow determine the exact size that it needs to be, I think I can fab a bracket and mount it to the back of that door hinge pocket on the inside, but I have no idea how I'm going to take those measurements i need.
