Power steering pulley alignment?

Having some difficulty figuring this out. I'm working on a power steering conversion on a '65 C20 with a 283. My power steering pulley does not align with either pulley groove on the crank but a 3rd groove wouldn't help as you can see in the pics. Also the alternator belt now hits the power steering mounting bracket bolt. The first groove in the pulley for the crank and water pump aligns great with the alternator. It's just the power steering that is the issue. Any one have any suggestions? I really appreciate it!
