Thinking about selling one of my trucks

I have an idea what I think it’s worth, but was wondering what some of you guys might think. NOTE- truck is not currently for sale

69 K10 SWB. Currently does not have an engine in it, but is setup for a small block. It is pretty much complete other wise. It’s been converted to front disks with a 72 front 44, it’s also got an SM465 and Np205. Originally it was medium green with a saddle interior, likely custom trim level but the spid was painted over so it’s hard to tell a lot about it. No AC, and the seat has been reupholstered with red cloth. Currently it’s got a 4” lift and 33/12.5/15 tires. I repaired the frame around the steering box, which was cracked. It has pretty minimal rust, one small hole in the back of the passenger cab corner and a few places on top of the rockers where the door weather strip attaches, a little bit in a couple outer skin area of the door corners but the bottoms are solid. There’s also a little bit in the floor supports and one very small hole in the passenger toe board. This truck has never had any rust repairs. The roof is solid, the truck over all is fairly straight but not perfect it does have filler in it from a previous restore/repaint. It is a great foundation for a future build but i just don’t know how when I’ll be able to get to it. With three growing kids, a full time job, and a few other projects at hand this one might go down the road. What do you guys think is a fair asking price. This is a legit short bed K10, not a cut down long bed. clean NM title in hand.
