What shocks are you using/available on a 1968 K10 short step 4X4 ?

Trying to help my son out, what are yall using ?

everyone has their preferences but Ive always had good luck with bilstein 5100's. my k10 has them, although kinda hard to see...

Looked at websites, Bilstein, KYB and Gabrial and could not find an application for front and rear. I’ll keep looking

Understood, I recall having an issue finding the rear shocks too. I called a friend who deals in tires and suspension work and he was able to locate my Bilstein's the same day. The Bilsteins, at least, do exist.

I'm using Monroe Gas Magnum on my Blazer. They might be a little stiff, but it's hard to tell on a Blazer suspension.

I have Skyjackers on my 68 short step. I had to trim the bushings 1/4" with a cutoff wheel (which must be why they are listed for 69-72) but they work and look great.

I got these from RockAuto for my K20, but it has them listed for K10 too.
