Front suspension upgrades

I have a 71 C10, 350. Borgeson steering box. I want to upgrade the handling.
I am looking at QA1 52601, 52602, 52896 sway bar and moog 409RT tie rods.
The spindles needs to be changed to a 73-87.
Anyone done this? What things am I missing?
Thanks for your suggestions.

Re: Front suspension upgrades

I took the spindles, brake caliper/rotors. Tierod assembly, cross link, idler arm and steering arm from an 86 and put it on my 70 arms with 86 ball joints. Worked great and could find everything at parts store. I had a factory c30 squarebody sway bar (dont remember the year ) on mine with 70 factory springs and shocks.
