Lokar window cranks and interior door handles

Have any of you installed aftermarket interior door handles and window cranks? I am looking at the Lokar Lakester model because they will match my Lecarra steering wheel. They list a 1/2” spline as the right item for “most” GM. However, when I measure the spline on my 63 C10, it’s closer to 7/16”. They use two set screws so maybe I’m overthinking this? They are expensive and I don’t want to buy them if they don’t actually fit. Here’s what I am considering: https://lokar.com/idh-2025.html
