Mystery Electrical Device - Rectifier?
Restoration work finally underway on my '66 C20, starting with a clean-up under the hood of old, unused wiring. Sitting on the inner fender near the voltage regulator is the device shown in the attached picture - any idea what it is or what it was used for? Thanks for any help.

Re: Mystery Electrical Device - Rectifier?
That is a battery isolator, for running dual batteries or (more likely) a camper or RV trailer of some sort.

Re: Mystery Electrical Device - Rectifier?
Makes perfect sense. This truck had a dual battery setup. Thanks very much Skinny!
