Glove Box Door

Wanting to buy a chrome glove box door, or have my stock item plated. What's the best way to match the black gauge bezel texture for the face of the plated door?

Re: Glove Box Door

There's a type of spray paint called ''Wrinkle Black.'' Generic blend from several manufacturers. You shoot it on and the texture forms. Don't know the details of how the magic works.
You don't need a chromed steel door to get that black texture. Any surface that takes paint will do.
