67-72 Step Notch
I'm looking for any info relating to a Step Notch for the 67-72 Coil-Spring frames? I know Turners sells one, but how much? Also, would it be possible to modify a Universal 8-piece Notch to work? Any info, pictures or experiences with this would be great.

my 64 step notch
Here isa pic of my 64 step notch I did. I bent an Ekstenive Metal Works 99 model chevy step notch kit on a hydralic metal worker and made it work on the sides, and then just capped the top and bottom of the step notch with plates as your would normally do on a step notch.

98L150- That is sweet, too bad I dont have the tools to reproduce that...wanna make me one?
 I'll have to try and get ahold of turners...although I'd still like to find maybe a "cheaper" alternative. What Type of Tracking bar are you using?Thanks, Kenny

Keep in mind that you're going to have to raise your bed floor or cut a hole in it for notch/pumpkin clearance if you install that large of a notch. Cutting a hole in the bed floor is tacky IMO.

Your right slammed67, I would proabbly look into raising the bed floor...however, I'm not familiar about how its done?

i, personally, would raise the bed floor. a whole lot cleaner than cutting a big tacky hole and you cant use teh bed after you cut that hole either

cutting up the bed floor
I guess it really depends if you ever want to haul anything in your truck when you get done. I have a bed cover on mine so you can't see it anyway and my dually carries loads much better anyway.

Turners and KP Components both make a 67-72 specific notch. Both are pretty pricey.
