i was looking at heat and sound insulation and found this:

has anyone ever used it? good or bad? any feedback? it sounds good.....thanks as always.

A buddy of mine put it in his 40' F*rd convertible. He seems real happy with it. I think it's pricey though. I'll ask him this weekend. I went with the old standby Dynamat.I am very pleased with it. The truck is not completed yet. I hear it makes a huge difference in the ammount of road noise you hear in the cab.

$150.00 for 2 gallons??? The car that it is being sprayed on better be quieter than a Rolls Royce on the inside.

gonebad2, small world, reno/sparks area. if he likes it, would it be possible for me to see it? or is it covered with upolstery? how much was dynomat? your truck looks awesome.

Seems competitive to $$ spent by members doing glue in heat shield products. Reading testimonials though some users sprayed as much as 4 gallons on interior of 1 car. Also need spray gun to handle it. If/when I get to frame off I would definitly consider it instead of undercoating. A couple of things I would worry about are fading and look after time and clause mentioned

"Cool Car Ceramic is water resistant, thus it does not accumulate moisture".

Water resistant? Could water work its way into product pores if used as undercaoting? It should definitly work good inside car for sound and heat insulation but I would rather use it underneath in place of undercoating.
