Question for Big Orange

Can you go over what you did for the headliner panels on your old burb? I remeber you saying that you used some shower panels from Lowes. I was wondering if they were the fiberglass ones with the bublie finish? Thanks for any light you can shed.

Thats what I used in my blazer for the rear pannels and then I covered them in pleated vinel with 1/4 foam backing sewn on to them if you go to the blazer board and look at the thred for cutom pannels you will see my door pannels.

Earl, did you use the fiberglass ones, or the press board type? Thanks

I made a template with cardboard and when I was happy with it I used it as a patern on the fiberglass board and then cut it with a jig saw and fine blade you may want help for this I found the esyest way was to use 4 2x3 and put the board in between them this keeps it from bouncing around and you can use them as guides on straight cuts.
