How would you adjust a holley 4160 s power valve?

They are rated in inches of vacuum...you just replace it with one with correct rating for your cam. I think you want it to open at 2 inches lower vacuum than what vacuum your motor idles in gear....for an automatic...they are more forgiving for a standard trans.

vacuum

tom hand is correct. check your manifold vacuum with it in gear if auto and go 2 numbers lower. This is one adjustment that can really make a difference in the part throttle response.
