Ken, glad to see you're doing well. (How's the health these days?) Truck is lookin good. We never did get together at any Cruise In's? Maybe this year? Still here in New Carlisle pluggin away at my truck, one day at a time. Now the doc says I might need a knee replacement. D@mn, just got a new clutch put in. Ah well, might have to chuck it all and put in an auto trans? Here's a pic of mine, as of this summer.Later.

You should have put your dash pad and center A/C vent on before anything else too my freind . Just a little word of advice. The little nuts are a devil getting to with everything else installed . Looks good though.

thanks everybody for your praises and comments. as far as the booster bracket being set up correctly (see pic), yup its right, wouldn't work any other way. wish it were level, but thats the way she came. yup, those are four headlight buckets and i like them just fine. call it being exclusive, right GMC guys. yeah i ran into that installing sequence stuff enuf before the rebuild. nothing is in the dash except the wiring, but thanks for the tip, it keeps me on my toes. i'm very proud how the engine bay has turned out. little things will be changed to tweak it. the sheet metal is going on after the engine is started, which depending on how much snow i have to clean up in the near future, should be in a week or two. the inner fenders are body color and the fenders have been cut in body color and been rubbed out, should make a fine showing. more later. ken
