I Need an Emergency Flasher Knob

While driving to work today I had to use my emergency flashers and the knob disintegrated in my hand with the flashers still going..... I drove half way to work like that.... ...anyway, what do I need to replace, how much does it cost and who has what I need to be back in business since the turn singals won't work with out the knob in place?

tilt switch vs non-tilt version

Are there differences between tilt and non-tilt? Mine have a screw on knob, 1 chrome, 1 the newer looking round one.
