Question engine prob.

Hello Guys,

My truck is acting up. While driving down the road. I get her up to about 55 MPH. It starts to sputter like it isn't getting any gas or the firing is braking down. Someone told me the pick-up coil was bad. So I changed it. It didn't help.
Anybody got any suggestion, would be apprecated.

Thanks' redneck_chev

i vote fuel filter and also check the in tank filter, also sometimes the hoses under the cab rot out or a bad/wrong gas cap can cause a problem. also if you switched to hei and didn't change out the resistor wiring for non-resistor wiring can cause a problem
