Vettes are close to 50/50 for the weight distribution, and a truck is more like 65/35. There isn't much weight back there like it is, so... BTW, vettes use a monoleaf spring front and rear.

The suspension is off a C-4 Vette. As suspected it is not very safe. There should a 4 link system in place to support the addition. The pictures are from an ebay auction. The truck is an 82 custom truck. If I find the link I'll post it.
