Well guys, here's my thoughts on it. I hate to be one of those guys that always talks about their truck, and never does anything with it. Every time I post a pic, someone asks about my plans. I don't want to be rude and not tell them, so I just don't post pics and get the conversation started.
When the time comes that it actually starts seeing some real progress, then I'll bore every one to tears talking about it. In the meantime let me see what I can do.....

Ok, just to be fair heres what's happening now. It is at a shop in Rockwall, Texas called Stoked Out Specialties They are about to get started on the suspension.
It's already bagged, but it needs to be a little lower. That means some serious surgery in the rear, since the pumpkin is already hitting the floor pan. The front suspension will be replaced with an aftermarket IFS. What all that means is the next couple of inches are going to be very expensive.... |

Yes, I know exactly what you mean *gulp*. I guess the old saying "if you want to play in the big league's, you have to step up to the plate" applies here.
I just have to get it lower than this AND still run fender liners. Look in the latest Truckin for more pics of this Blazer. This is not aired out... |

Yep. I skimmed through Trukin' on the magazine rack yesterday & that blazer is nice..... but like you said, no inner wheelwells.
For anything that see's any milage, they're a must have if you plan to open the hood. Batter up.......

man that yellow blazer irks me everytime i see it... tires are way too little for the big a$$ wheel wells these trucks have. n2trux. you ride already looks better IMO....

When it's laid out they look just fine, but at ride height I don't like the size stagger. For some reason the size stagger seems to work on a truck but looks odd on a Blazer. That's why I sold my 18/20's that I had one it. Then again, it's just my opinion. |
