Std. equip. gear ratio for 307, 3 spd stick....
What would be the standard equipment gear ratio found in a 71' C10 with a 307 & 3 speed manual transmission? Just for curiosity sake, how well do these stock 12 bolts hold up to a mild bigblock(.030 454).....
Thanks - Joe

It would have been a 3.73 ratio, unless noted otherwise on the glovebox.
12-bolts are a tough rear, when they don't have half a million miles on them. They came from the factory with stock 454's and 396's infront of them.
