What is the adapter called that would allow me to a hook up my gas pedal to the piece that is circled?

That is called a linkage bushing. here is a link to one 4.99 pretty cheap Just out of curisotiy why do you want to use that hole?

I want to use that one because the lokar kickdown I bought. If I leave it there its hitting it.

No problem glad i could help ..

I have eyed them down in the magazine for quite some time but i wasnt too sure what they would be good for i thought maybe It would be helpfull for hookin up factory cruise to an aftermarket carb .
